Boy Scout Summer Camp is more than just a place to have fun.  It offers Scouts the opportunity to participate in physically and intellectually challenging activities, introduces them to new and rewarding experiences and provides them with caring and supportive relationships, all in an environment built just for them. Also, Summer Camp is generally the only opportunity Scouts will have to conveniently earn multiple merit badges simultaneously.

Why Go Camping

Troop 71 traditionally attends two summer camps, Camp Yawgoog & Camp Aquehonga (Ten Mile River), and occasionally Camp Onteora.  Click on a camp for more information.   What to Bring?
