A Scout is "Helpful" and "Kind" and promises to "help other people at all times". Troop 71 encourages community service projects and will announce opportunities as they arise.
If you have an idea for a Community Service project for Troop 71, contact the Scoutmaster.

May 18-19, 2019: Help the Theodore Roosevelt Council maintain its trails as Onteora Scout Reservation (also counts as a camping night).
