All  Volunteers will be credited Community Service

Directions to The North Shore University Hospital Stern Family Center for Extended Care  and Rehabilitation

   1.  Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit # 33 - Community    Drive .

   2.  Head north on Community Drive (make right if heading Westbound, 2nd left if heading Eastbound).

   3.  Use Hospital Entrance # 3.

   4.  Go to the top of the hill    (you will pass North Shore University Hospital on your left as you go up the    hill) and turn right.

   5.  Follow signs to The North    Shore University Hospital Stern Family Center for Extended Care and    Rehabilitation, located at the south end of the parking area.
