The JLOW patch should be worn on either a Patch Jacket or on the back of the sash. Insignia for the uniform are specifically designated in the Scout Handbook - those insignia include:
Council
Troop Number
Unit Award (No of Years)
Troop Rank (i.e. PL, APL, etc..)
Scout Rank
Arrow of Light
Order of the Arrow insignia
Universal Scouting Insignia and/or Centennial Patch
Scout Squares
Patrol Insignia
Trained Designation
